  1. Q: What happens if I get wet?
    A: Nothing. All of our wiring is plastic coated and there would be no shock from getting wet.
  2. Q: Can I use one thermostat or switch to power two people?
    A: No, each person must have his or her own Thermostat or switch.
  3. Q: How much power will I draw off the battery?
    A: That depends on which garment you are using. Email us or give us a call and we can help you out.
  4. Q: Can my electrical system handle the draw?
    A: Check the watts for each item of clothing that you will wear and compute the total watts of all items. Refer to your owner's manual and/or dealer to look up the available wattage of your electrical system. If you cannot find it email the service department, they will figure it out.
  5. Q: Can I wear my liner as an outer jacket?
    A: Not when you are riding. You may wear them as an outer jacket when walking around. With a battery pack you can keep the heat going too.
  6. Q: Can I wash my jacket liners, pants, or socks?
    A: Yes, hand wash in WooliteŽ and hang to dry.
  7. Q: Is it possible to regulate the temperature of my garments independently?
    A: Yes, a special order must be placed. Give us a call.
